This Toolbox aims to provide how-to guides, datasets, and downloadable application and dataset templates for common housing practice—e.g. use in first-time homebuyer programs, needs assessments, market studies, and mortgage lending analyses. We hope to foster information-sharing and collaboration among users through a forum, a section of tips and techniques and a FAQ featuring “best practices” and “lessons learned.” Documents and data will be downloadable in PDF, Excel, or Word formats. We will also provide a resources section with links to other data, online information, and program resources on the web or available in the public domain.
