Luisa supports CCRH’s mission and programming by producing innovative research projects. She also supports statewide technical assistance, advocacy, and policy development by carrying out related-research work. 

 

Before joining CCRH, Luisa worked as a research assistant on a collaborative project among CCRH, Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California (NPH), and Grounded Solutions Network that collected data through a statewide survey to update Grounded Solutions Network’s National Inclusionary Housing Database. Luisa also has varied experiences teaching in higher education and working with research for organizations in Brazil and in the U.S.  

 

Luisa holds a Master of Science in Community Development from UC Davis and a Master of Science and BA in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro.
