Andrea assists with the organization’s technical assistance efforts throughout the San Joaquin Valley and is staff to the San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative.

Before joining CCRH, Andrea worked for NeighborWorks® Sacramento where she specialized in single family homeownership programs for low to moderate income families through her work with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program and Mutual Self-Help projects.

Andrea has also worked for a commercial real estate brokerage, where she assisted with site analysis for large retail developments, and a real estate technology company in the Sacramento area.

Andrea graduated from Sacramento State with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with an emphasis on race relations.
