Technical Assistance Program Manager
Clancy joined CCRH in May of 2022 as a Technical Assistance Programs Manager. Her position assists CCRH’s local partners and provides training and technical assistance to rural communities throughout the state of California.
Prior to joining CCRH, Clancy held several positions in the community development field, in both the private and nonprofit sectors. Her past work experiences include GIS Analyst, LIHTC Development Assistant, and Housing Planner. Clancy is originally from Texas and grew up in rural communities and manufactured housing, where her interest in housing and equitable development first began. Clancy hopes to take her passion and love for rural areas and combine it with her technical abilities to better outcomes for those she works with here at CCRH. A recent California transplant, Clancy enjoys exploring all the state has to offer via road trips and nature walks.
Clancy holds a Master’s of Community Planning from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Urban Planning from Texas State University.
