Eusevio Ortega
Technical Assistance Program Manager

Eusevio joins CCRH as a former CCRH intern from the Class of 2019. Eusevio will be working with the San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative to provide technical assistance to different community-based organizations throughout the Central Valley.

Before completing the CCRH internship program, Eusevio’s family lost their home during the financial crisis of 2008. Eusevio’s experiences with housing instability motivated him to become the first person in his family to go to college at UC Davis.

During his time at UC Davis, Eusevio was part of the successful campaign for the Nishi Student Housing Project in Davis. His campaign team worked with students and residents in Davis to pass a student housing project where 20% of its units would be dedicated to affordable housing for low income Davis students. Eusevio then went on to join the Real Estate Development team at NeighborWorks® Sacramento where he helped administer USDA’s Mutual Self-Help Program which is designed to recruit and train low income families to build their own homes.

Eusevio graduated from UC Davis in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Studies and a minor in Community and Regional Development.
