Iliana has over 10 years in community engagement and advocacy, program development, grant management, and data analysis for organizations in the non-profit and tribal sectors. Before joining CCRH, Iliana worked with the affordable housing developer, Mutual Housing California, the tribal government of Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, and the nonprofit public health association called California Primary Care Association. She’s worked with populations represented in communities of: low-income, elderly, youth, immigrant, foster, bilingual, and physically disabled as well as with governments such as state, local and tribal. She received her bachelor in Community and Regional Development from UC Davis.
