Dylan Adra is a senior at the University of San Diego studying Real Estate & Business Administration. Originally from Rancho Santa Margarita, Dylan is currently interning with Community HousingWorks in San Diego, CA.

Dylan is drawn to affordable housing development because it allows him to combine his interest in real estate with his desire to do meaningful work and give back. He sees affordable housing as an opportunity to learn about the development process while helping create more housing opportunities for individuals and families. Dylan’s goal is to make the most of his internship by learning from and building relationships with professionals in the industry, while developing the skills and perspective that will help shape the kind of developer he hopes to become. Outside of work, Dylan enjoys spending time at the beach, staying active at the gym, and journaling about new ideas, experiences, and whatever happens to be on his mind.
