Kate assists with CCRH’s technical assistance and capacity-building efforts statewide. Prior to joining CCRH, Kate worked as an Associate Planner for Sacramento County’s Office of Planning and Environmental Review where she managed several long-range planning projects such as the County’s 2021 Housing Element.

Kate graduated from UC Davis with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning and a minor in Geographic Information Systems.
