Larissa Rossiter
Director of Operations

Larissa Rossiter has been with CCRH since 2018 and brings more than 30 years of experience in office and operations management. As Director of Operations, she leads a team responsible for a wide range of essential functions that ensure the smooth and efficient running of CCRH’s daily activities.

With a career rooted largely in the non-profit sector, Larissa brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and goals that mission-driven organizations face. She and her team support multiple key areas, including bookkeeping, payroll, human resources, and the coordination of CCRH events such as the Rural Housing Summit, along with all other administrative operations. Her attention to detail and ability to streamline processes have strengthened operational efficiency and helped advance CCRH’s broader organizational goals.

Larissa has earned a Certificate in Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School and a Certificate in Human Resources from the California Chamber of Commerce. In 2010, she took a meaningful detour and received a Culinary Arts certificate from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, where she spent four years exploring restaurant management. During that time, she also managed Epoxytech, a company specializing in epoxy floor construction and repair. That experience inspired her to create her own LLC—LMManagement—allowing her to apply her expertise in a multi-client environment and experiment with a cost-effective “UnTemp” business model.

Larissa is passionate about building simplified, organized systems that empower her colleagues and strengthen the organization as a whole.
