Originally from Southern California, Montse Enriquez has been a resident of Northern California now for approximately 10 years. Montse obtained her Master of Business Administration from California State University, Chico, with a focus in Ethics, Justice, and Policy.

When not working, Montse can be round experimenting with new recipes, as she is a big foodie. Montse also enjoys doing side quests and is always looking for something to do. She is passionate about traveling and exploring new places, loves immersing herself in different cultures. 

Montse has two fur babies, Frankie and Mocha, who is her world, and she would do anything for them. They’re always up for an outdoor adventure or some snuggles. 
Montse’s time living in Northern California has been a great experience, allowing her to enjoy nature, step out of her comfort zone, and meet so many wonderful people she now calls family.

Montse is excited to join the Operations Team and bring her diverse interests and experiences to the table. She looks forward to contributing by identifying and addressing gaps, streamlining processes, and enhancing overall efficiency for CCRH. Montse’s hands-on experience with various projects and proactive approach will enable her to effectively integrate into the team, support ongoing initiatives, and drive successful outcomes that align with our mission. Montse looks forward to collaborating with everyone to achieve their goals together.
