As we each make the difficult decisions of where, how and with who we spend our money, time, and attention, we would like to remind you that we are the ONLY RURAL PROGRAM ACROSS THE NATION COMPLETELY DEDICATED TO DIVERSIFYING THE FIELD with talent that not only reflects the diverse communities being served, but that takes deliberate steps to ensure that success at responsibly developing housing and community development assets that optimally meets the diverse needs of the low-income families and individuals served by capitalizing on the cultural capacity skills innate within the communities themselves.
