Brunch Celebration of Inaugural Cohort Rural Housing Visionary Organizational Leadership Program

CCRH recently had the pleasure of celebrating the first inaugural cohort of the Rural Housing Visionary Organizational Leadership Program.

The brunch celebration included a fun icebreaker, recognition of participants and reflections, and more. A gathering of a community of rural, farmworker, and tribal affordable housing leaders and practitioners, deeply dedicated to promoting underrepresented leadership in our field, was in attendance.

The celebration was the final step of an 18 month process, where participating Fellows, supervisors, and executive leaders engaged in leadership development, peer learning, coaching, and retreats grounded in liberatory leadership and equity-centered practices.
